Terms of Use
By creating an account or using Orvel, you accept these terms. They are written plainly; if anything is unclear, write to us at [email protected]. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the Québec Consumer Protection Act gives you.
Who we are
Orvel AI is offered by International Luxury Management, doing business as Zenitech, 174, rue du Père-Giroux, Québec (Québec) G1E 2Z8 · GST 735563918 RT0001 · QST 1225940475 TQ0001.
1. The service
Orvel is an assistant powered by artificial intelligence, for businesses and entrepreneurs: it answers your questions, writes, searches the Internet, creates videos, images, PDFs and invoices, connects to ZeniPay to get you paid and helps you automate your business. You must be 14 or older to use it.
2. Orvel can be wrong
An AI can give inaccurate or incomplete information. Check what matters. Orvel is not a substitute for a doctor, pharmacist, lawyer, notary, accountant or financial advisor. In an emergency, call 911; for a health question, Info-Santé 811.
3. Your account
Keep your password to yourself: you are responsible for what is done with your account. An account is personal (one person). You can delete it at any time in "My profile".
4. Plans and billing
- Free 7-day trial: full access, no credit card. When the trial ends, you must choose the Pro plan to keep using Orvel.
- Essential: $19, Pro: $119, Business: $219 per month, plus applicable taxes (GST and QST). What each plan includes is shown in Orvel ("My profile" → "My plan").
- Enterprise: a custom offer with Zenitech, under a written agreement.
- The Pro plan is paid in advance, one month at a time, through ZeniPay. It does not renew by itself: we email you a reminder 7 days before the due date with a link to renew. Without payment, your access ends on the due date.
- You can cancel at any time: your plan stays active until the end of the month already paid. No cancellation fees.
- If a payment fails, we let you know; without payment, access to the Pro plan ends.
- We give you at least 30 days' notice by email before any price increase; you may then cancel at no cost.
5. Usage limits
Reasonable daily limits (photos, videos, documents) may apply; they are shown in Orvel. They protect the quality of the service for everyone. The Pro plan has access to Orvel's most powerful model for complex questions, subject to availability.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Orvel for: anything illegal; harassing, deceiving or harming someone; creating realistic images of a real person without their consent or sexual content involving minors; bypassing the service's security or using it in a mass automated way; reselling access. We may suspend an account that does not follow these rules.
7. Your content
What you write to Orvel and what it creates for you belongs to you; you may use it freely, while respecting the rights of others. We do not use your conversations to train AI models. See the privacy policy (in French).
8. Availability
We do everything we can to keep Orvel available at all times, but there may be interruptions (maintenance, outages). Features and limits may change; if a change significantly reduces what your paid plan includes, we will notify you and you may cancel at no cost.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Zenitech is not responsible for decisions made on the basis of an Orvel answer, nor for indirect damages. This limit does not apply to intentional or gross fault, nor to rights that the law does not allow to be excluded.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and Canada. If these terms change significantly, we will inform you before they apply.
