The rule
A quote that contains all the essential elements of the contract is deemed to be an offer (art. 54.1). If the customer accepts it remotely, your contact details, the description of the work, the total price and the terms must have been disclosed to them in advance (art. 54.4), and a copy of the contract must then be sent to them within 15 days (art. 54.7).
