Quebec's Law 25: Your customers' names, delivery addresses and birthdays are personal information, protected by the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Loi sur la protection des renseignements personnels dans le secteur privé, Law 25). Collect only what serves the order or the reminder the customer accepted, limit access and delete on request. In the CRM, the address and the dates to remind are marked sensitive.
