Copyright on images, fonts and music
Quebec trade rule for web and digital marketing agencies, applicable throughout Abitibi-Témiscamingue.
The rule
The images, photos, fonts and music used in deliverables are protected by copyright: a licence may limit use (advertising, duration, territory, modification). To be validated according to each licence. In Orvel: Each deliverable states the source and licence of the elements used; the agent never claims that an image or a piece of music is “royalty-free” without proof of the licence.
